The Benefits Office is located in the Administration Wing (behind Central Mountain High School).
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Contact the Benefits Office to:

-Complete new-hire paperwork and enrollment forms
-Submit enrollment changes for benefits
-Revise beneficiary information
-Ask questions on vacation, sick and personal days
-Submit payment for medical benefits during unpaid leaves or for retirees
-Submit Purchase of Prior Service forms for PSERS
-Prepare for retirement from the school district
